Can from Eltham Wines. Murky orange pour with a white head. Nose is mango, guava, passionfruit, grapefruit. Bags of tropical fruit in the taste, zesty bitter citrus, peach, passionfruit. Nice mix of flavours. Juicy fruity mouthfeel. Lightly hoppy finish.

Can at the Strait and Narrow, Lincoln. Hazy yellow golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are zesty and slight pithy citrus. Light to medium body.

440ml can. Poured almost black in colour with a short-lived, frothy, off-white head. The aroma is roasted malt, toffee caramel, chocolate. The flavour is over moderate sweet, with a smooth, rich, roasty, toffee, fake sugary, liquorice bitter palate and a light oily mouthfeel. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Ok, but not entirely what I expected and I can’t exactly say it rekindled any childhood memories.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 17 June 2024) Hazy golden colour with brief head. Fruity nose with passionfruit, pineapple, tropical fruit and a touch of raspberries. Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of passionfruit, pineapple, mango, tropical fruit and a slight alcohol bite in the finish. No bitterness. Full body, with a certain sweetness. Quite sweet and fruity gose, but really rich and tasty. Very nice.

Black with a brown head - Dark malt aroma with some maple aroma - Malt body with maple, chocolate and some caramel and coffee flavours - The caramel and coffee flavours goes into the finish - This was real good

440ml can from Morrisons. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, tropical citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a crisp, fresh, malt, juicy mango passionfruit, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
