Appearance - golden and clear. White head.
Nose - lemon, barley water and biscuit.
Taste - apple, lemon and biscuit.
Palate - light bodied, bitter finish.
Overall - ok.

500ml Bottle - Copper red in colour. Pine, caramel and some nutty and biscuity notes feature in both the aroma and the taste.

Cask at The Wellington, Birmingham. Light clouded amber with off white head. Malty with roast and stone fruit notes. Underlying bitterness on a medium body, semi-drying. Nothing standout.

500ml bottle from Hinchcliffe's Farm Shop, Netherton. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aromas & tastes of grapefruit, caramel, lemon, cereal & malt. Moderate body. Light bitter finish

Cask at Castle Tap, Reading. Aroma is malty with a hint of berries and spice. Bitter. Herbal. Woody. Underlying fruit and berries. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Has character but is one-noted.
