Il cappello di schiuma persiste compatto e cremoso, a bollicine fini e carbonazione abbondante. La frizzantezza è di poca carbonazione. Il colore è ambrato tendente caffè. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio e l’amaro è moderato. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Sopra il cappello di schiuma a bollicine medie presenta un superpizzo sul vetro e sotto il liquido è opalescente, di colore giallo paglierino. Il corpo è pieno equamente diviso tra dolce medio e amaro medio. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. L’aroma possibilmente è con meno frumento rispetto allo stile e presenta fiori di sambuco.
