On tap @ Eatmarket 2015, Milano. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. I sentori al naso riportano torrefatto, cioccolato e miele. Il cappello di schiuma persiste compatto e cremoso, a bollicine fini e carbonazione abbondante. La frizzantezza è di poca carbonazione. Il colore è ambrato tendente caffè. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio e l’amaro è moderato. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole e le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva e la definiscono una buona birra. Il finale è felpato, lungo e pulito. Plus: bottiglia. Bottle courtesy of Mario Bughetti. On tap @ Eatmarket, Milano. L’intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Sopra il cappello di schiuma a bollicine medie presenta un superpizzo sul vetro e sotto il liquido è opalescente, di colore giallo paglierino. Il corpo è pieno equamente diviso tra dolce medio e amaro medio. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. L’aroma possibilmente è con meno frumento rispetto allo stile e presenta fiori di sambuco.
