Bottled 330ml. -at Pizzeria Spontini Milano. Pale golden coloured, small white head, mild fruity nose. Sweetish malty, bready, light fruity and mild grassy with bitterish finish.

L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la continuità olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una discreta resistenza. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. La frizzantezza si manifesta sotto forma di bollicine medio-fini. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è normale. La costanza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca riporta caratteristiche di cereali, frutta secca e luppolo.

Il gusto al naso sente in prima battuta profumo di tabacco e poi riconosce anche sentore di tostato. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma color beige ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione è media. L’aspetto del liquido è nuvoloso. La carbonazione è abbondante e vivace. Il colore è ambrato rossiccio carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è consistente e apre a nuove sfaccettature. L’amaro è medio. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevolissimo. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono da favola perché è un birra assolutamente da bere. Il finale è lungo e complesso. Il retrogusto è intenso. Il palato riporta sentori di whisky, torbato, fumo, tabacco, tostato, un sapore di formaggio stagionato in cantina tipo "Sbirro" che interviene a gamba tesa. Notevole. Eccezionale.

On tap @ Eatmarket 2015, Milano. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. I sentori al naso riportano torrefatto, cioccolato e miele. Il cappello di schiuma persiste compatto e cremoso, a bollicine fini e carbonazione abbondante. La frizzantezza è di poca carbonazione. Il colore è ambrato tendente caffè. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio e l’amaro è moderato. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole e le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva e la definiscono una buona birra. Il finale è felpato, lungo e pulito. Plus: bottiglia. Bottle courtesy of Mario Bughetti. Al palato arrivano caramello, miele, caffè, resina, frutta secca, agrumi, liquirizia e cioccolato.

[ As Birrificio Milano Vola Basso ].Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, dried fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, dried fruit, caramel, sweet malt, pale malt, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160205]
