Description
We are seven actual brothers of the McAvoy family from Salford who love beer (we also have four sisters who love gin). It was our Dad who first got us into beer – he used to home brew when we were kids and so for us, there’s a lovely nostalgia in everything about beer. We brew our beer in Salford, where we also have our Tap Room – you can come over and visit any time!

Can from Booths Supermarket, Media City. Mildly hazed golden-amber with a frothy head. Hoppy with some carbonation, some fruitiness, the Rice Krispies influence is also evident within its taste. Aroma is low with a hint of fruit here too.

Can from Booths Supermarket, Media City. Black with an off-white head. Fairly regular stout with decent roasted malts in both aroma and taste, quite full, as is its mouthfeel, with its strength not too much a factor in terms of flavour. Chocolate is very prevalent in its nose.

Keg @ Seven Brothers Beer House, Manchester. Light amber and hides its strength well through a good fruitiness. Full-bodied as you would expect.

Keg @ Seven Brothers Beer House, Manchester. Dark with a thin head. Has a good 'dunkel' style, actual chocolate and banana were not that stated on my sampling, although I was told the barrel was in need of changing.

Keg @ Seven Brothers Beer House, Manchester. Hazy light amber-gold in colour. It's juicy-hoppy at a low strength, but not too weak tasting.
