Bottle. Pours cloudy yellow. Aroma is grains, butter, paperboard. Body is light and grainy, bready, crumbs, and carbonation. Not much else. Very homebrew-y, not in a good way.

Bottiglia 50 cl, schiuma fine beige chiaro evanescente, colore ambrato velato, al naso e in bocca malto zucchero di canna caramello leggero tostato, corpo medio, carbonazione moderata, dolce con amaro moderato. Classica rossa.

20.06.18 Sottomarina

Bottle at il paradiso, vicenza, 7?. Light brown color, almost clear, short offwhite head. Aroma is rich malty, vaguely woody, lots of almond, light spice and old red wine, brown sugar, plum, raisins. Some nice hops, but really subtle. Taste is earthy, sweetish, light fruity. Smooth finish, creamy texture, light sticky. Not a conventional IPA, nothing hoppy here, somehow a bi?lre de garde with decent hops. Doesn't feel alcoholic but it has a punch. Worth a try.

From 50cl bottle, with a beautiful print picturing Napoli on the label. Pours fairly transparent blonde with fine white foam. Aroma is light: bready and a little herbaceous. Body is light and highly carbonated. Taste has some sweetness initially, but marked bitterness as you go by. Finish is relatively long and bitter.
