Bottle at mosquito. Pale color with yeast in suspension. Smell of ginger. Flavor is lemony sour radler. Taste relatively malty, wheat, zesty, vaguely spiced. Sour finish.

4 September 2020. At Little Italy, Verona. Shared with the lovely Anke! Clear yellow with a slowly dissipating, frothy, white head. Aroma of grain, yeast, breadcrust, apple peel, wheat. Taste has sweet maltiness of bread & apple, some sour wheat, yeasty base with low bitterness. Ends grainy, yeasty, bit grassy hoppy, mostly bready. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Bit too plain.

Bottle. Color: Very slightly hazy pale golden, white head. Aroma: Wheat malt, yeast, hints of stone fruit. Taste: Sweetish, wheat malt, some grain, yeast, subtle notes of orange, orange peel and cloves. Hints of stone fruit and citrus. Moderate bitterness, a little more sweetness. Just under medium body, average carbonation. Pretty smooth mouthfeel. Thin but ok.
