Keg at Birreria Heritage Artigianale, Warsaw, Poland. Hazy deep golden, small head. Aroma of marzipan and grass. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Gently malty, some wheat bread, notes of elderflowers. Low bitterness. Mild and harmonious.

Bottiglia @ Simei 2015, Milano. L’intensità olfattiva è normale, tendente caramello e la persistenza olfattiva è discreta. Il cappello di schiuma beige a bollicine fini persiste con finale di merletti. Il liquido è limpido nonostante il colore ambrato carico tendente rossiccio, praticamente somigliante al colore del whisky. La carbonazione è a bollicine fini. Il corpo è medio e la struttura è sottile. L’amaro è moderato. L’intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di birra beverina. Il finale è pulito, il retrogusto erbaceo e veloce.

50cl bottle from Da Aldo pours a murky brown with some clumpy, white head. Nose is odd... brown ale? Dubbel? Plum, brown sugar, mild anise, yeast, pear. Flavor says dubbel, clove, anise, candy, brown sugar, plum. Full, sweet finish. Definitely not a stout.

Bottle, 0.50l. Hazy amber brown color with large rocky off-white head and sparkling appearance. Aroma of wheat, banana, yeast, rubber and medicine. Taste starts with light sweet grainy and caramel malt, follows by strong sour apple and vegetable acidity, a bit spicy mouthfeel, but without any bitterness. Medium body, slick texture and soft carbonation in palate. A bit too thin and boring...

Taste starts with light sweet grainy malt, follows by citric and grassy acidity with medicinal notes and medium bitter finish. Medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. I would call this pilsener ale...

Bottle, 0.50l, shared with ElDesmadre. Hazy amber orange color with small creamy off-white head and fair lacing. Aroma of caramel, dandelion syrup, floral hops and vegetables. Taste starts with sweet caramel malt, follows by vegetably and grainy sourness, obviously with chicory feeling, plain mouthfeel and moderate bitter finish. Medium body, creamy texture and soft carbonation in palate. The only thing that bothers me is that it mellows quickly after first few sips, otherwise still very quaffable...

50 cl bottle, contains red chicory. Dark amber to light brown color, unclear, big white head, strange cripspy nose. Aroma as dark malts, vegetals, herbs, hints of caramel and spice. Taste balanced, chicory bitterness in the finish. Short dry finish, medium bodied, carbonated.
