Dobbry, oj dobry cydr z Irlandii polnocnej. Pijalne latem, mocno wytrawne tak jak lubie, pewne cechy smakowe do Normandii sa, ale jednak inne. Jasne zlociste, bez piany, klarowne, ale za to kwaskowe jablka bardzo wyraziste, czuc te wytrawnosc dosc wyraznie w estrach troche sfermentowanych, jakby popsutych i nadgnitych jablek. Super wytrawny cydr.

500ml bottle. Pours a yellow gold colour with a short-lived white foam head. Aroma of tangy apple, apple skin, hint of sulphur. Taste is crisp apple, tart, bittersweet with some oak and rubbery funk. Slightly oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, dry tangy sourish finish. Quite drinkable.

Draught. Pale yellow colour. Light apple aroma and flavor. Almost no barnyard notes. Anonymous not bad cider. Average finish. Oily palate.

[ As MacIvors Cider Traditional Draught ].Clear medium yellow color with a small small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, tart apples, sweet apples, red - yellow apples, light earthy apples. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet apple, light earthy apple, medium dry, light white sugar, light tart apple. Refreshing ! Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. Bottle 500ml. [ As MacIvors Medium Cider ].ABV: 4.5%. Clear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple - pear, sweet apples, light wood. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet apple - pear, apples, champagne brus. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Mostly like quit well because of the champagne brus flavor (soda ice from my childhood) [20151121]
