Extremely clear, light, straw-golden with a white head that fades steadily to ring.
Apple juice, pineapple, cinnamon and a good salinity behind it with very odd, mushy yellow apple and cider notes. Spicy-to-sweet with lots of phenolic character and light acidity lingering.
Lime up front opens things tartly with apple through the middle growing sweet and ending poignantly on light sweet-and-sour juiciness. Salt softens things with very light toasted malt character. Coconut is very light, hardly noticeable and very well-done, not showing through overly much. Flavors are so strange and disparate, but all coalesce nicely. Lingering apple-cinnamon with mild-to-moderate lactic acidity. Their sours are so nicely light on the souring aspect. They seem very well-lagered.

Lightly hazy, light-amber-to-maize. White head is small, sitting at cover.
Crystal malt is strong in the nose, unfortunately. Some bean-like character in there, as well as iced tea. Mild roast. Just tons of crystal malt character without enough base malt to ward off the unpleasant notes (just described) that come from too much of it. Very dry red fruit on end. No softness or sweetness it would appear.
Hot dog water-like, as Stacey or Chris mentions. Soft honey through the middle, growing bitter and then finishing on soft ham and lightly toasted baguette. Wow, that sure is bizarre. Surprising malt depth, however, but dry with lemon, strong grain, sourish specialty malt and ham lingering.

So much god damned juice! I love it. Orange creamsicle, lime zest, pineapple juice and all of it very soft with no resin or alcohol whatsoever. Biscuity malts behind it gently balance.
Lots of orange and grapefruit in the flavor with light papaya twang and a bit of sour hop but hard to argue with such a perfectly soft texture and attenuation. Green, succulent, spicy hop may be just a bit too young yet. Grapefruit rind lingers with cracker-biscuit and some yeast. Pretty f--kin good!

Medium haziness with a bright tangerine-golden color with deeper pale brass hues. White head atop quickly fizzles away.
Pepper, dill, soft cucumber, a pinch of acetic acid and tons of soft, mineral/plaster-rich notes.
In the mouth it shows a spicy dill character that transitions to light acidity with cucumber-like floral notes that are, all the while, fantastic, fresh and bright. Great carbonation, texture and attenuation. Soft biscuit and light grain lingers on gently. Vanilla, cucumber and dill linger as well, with light pepper and acidity.

Poured from a bottle at Savor: An American Craft Beer & Food Experience 2018. Poured a really dark black color with a medium sized tan head. Aroma was roasted malts, plenty of roasted coffee. NOt overly bitter. Some light herbal notes, milk chocolate, dark chocolate. Roasted woody notes, smooth vanilla bourbon.

Poured from can blackish brown with a nice mocha head. Aroma is roasted malt chocolate vanilla Coffee. Taste is smooth creamy like chocolate milk vanilla caramel notes blend with coffee and dark fruit notes. Taste is almost like a milk stout which is not a bad thing. ABV is well hidden. Very nice beer.

Clear, dark mahogany. Deep, dark-auburn highlights. Light tan head fades slowly to cover.
Plain, straightforward coffee-like roast up front with chocolate-caramel-like malts filling in the gaps. Clean, not intensely malty or fudgey, without any heavy roast or acid either. Kind of boring, but very competent and the alcohol is well-concealed.
In the mouth there's a distinct salted toffee chocolate character that is highly enjoyable. On the sweeter side, though certainly not sugary/underfermented. Lots of toffee, salt and plum with light carbonation throughout. Good attenuation but very malty. Cherry vanilla notes linger. As it warms it dries out a bit with pepper and licorice notes emerging. Definitely accomplishes its purpose as a baltic porter, though on the sweeter and stronger side to my tastes. Gains a bit of acidity over time, but could use more.

Pour at Savor: An American Craft Beer & Food Experience 2018. Poured a pale straw color, slightly cloudy. Head was small and fizzy. Flavor was floral, with a touch of grain. Light earthy notes, light tartness. Lemon, fruit, with a little bit of orange. Pretty tasty.

Pours hazy gold into a tumbler. Bright white head with good retention recedes to skim surface. Lemon cake aromas. Medium bodied with sweet pepper and pineapple front to back. Not much heat, but a nice jalapeno flavor.
