MBCC. Hazy brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and tart fruit. Flavor is quite sweet and rather acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 100519

MBCC. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, lemon and moderate hoppy - fruity and citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 100519

Sample @ MBCC yellow session. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are caramel, kactose acid, fruits, malt and hops. Nice sour finish.

Sample @ MBCC yellow session. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, lime, citrus, hops and has a nice hoppy finish.

Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, day one, 08/09/17. A clear orange coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is funky grape must, white grape, some vinegar. Flavour is composed of sour grapes, light woody funk, and sour lemon. Palate is sour, crisp, frothy carbonation. Clean citrus , woody sour.

Can date of 1-11-19. Displays a nice chocolate and roasted malt backbone.Barrel is still real forward. Pepper is not overly spicy but here without question. Lots of warming after the sip.

Draught @ MBCC 2018, Red Session
Pours dark brown with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate and coffee. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long roasted, chocolate and coffee finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
