Description
Om
New Bristol Brewery is a small, but daring, brewery located slap bang in the middle of Bristol. Owned and operated by us, husband and wife team, Noel and Maria.
New Bristol Brewery is our attempt to bring people together over great beer. We believe that
We have a Love of real ale and Love what we do. We don’t see ourselves as maverick brewers, but we do like to tease the boundaries of traditional brewing.

Cloudy/hazy deep pink with a bubbly off-white head and a zesty, fruity nose. Spritzy mouthfeel with tart fruit, gotta assume it’s blueberry, and a mega dry and puckering finish

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, a good cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light and slightly thin feeling pale malts, a reasonable creamy sweetness imparted. Hops bring light cooling pine, mild skunk and a pleasant but lightweight array of peachy stone fruits and mild citrus. Finishes light and semi dry. Tidy. Just lack a bit of hop Welly! Has the right hop flavours but someone turned the volume down to 6.
