ABV: 5.0%. Clear dark dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark malt, sweet malt, light earthy - wood - forest floor. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, dark malt, toasted - roasted, dusty, malt bitter, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20231024]

--Bottled, from Systembolaget. -- Almost clear golden, small head. Grainy nose with some floral honey. Mid dry with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Honey covered grain, a touch of mead. Mid bitter finish. On the slender and funky side of festbier.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a lacing, white head. Malty nose with an actual hint of apple. Medium body, solid carbonation, very dry fruitiness, bordering astringent towards the finish. But fairly drinkable. 080823 5/3/5/3/11
