Slightly hazy yellow color, small white head. Grassy, fruity, some yeast in the nose. Medium-bodied to full-bodied. Strong mango with hops, alcohol and yeast. Beer marmalade. Very sweet

Bouteille 33cl, BB 10/2016. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme au bouquet d’épice avec un côté coriandre et écorce d’orange le tout sur un côté un peu industriel. Houblons nobles sur une pointe herbacée et légèrement fruitée tirant sur le citronné. Palais met de suite en avant les 8%. Retrouve cette note d’épices. Effervescence haute avec une impression de carton et qcq esters. Sucré au fini avec une note de pomme caramélisée et ce fini légèrement suret.

33cl bottle in De Bierboom on 6th Feb 2015. This fairly sweet little blonde went down very nicely. White head and collar, slight haze to the pour. Bready yeasty aroma with a hint of citrus in the background. The taste is also bready malts with the yeast and citrus notes coming through, a light malty sweetness dominates though and takes over mid-sip. OK, I like sweet beers.

Bottle. Slight gusher with lots of disgusting looking clumps of yeast. Hazy golden with medium white head. Sweet malts and dough, peach, yeast, marzipan and light lemon. Quite sweet with light tart touch. Full bodied with doughy feel.

A slightly orange, golden beer with a quite big and blond head. The nose has citrusfruits, lemon, perries, spices, low sweetness of fructose. Taste is strongly fruitful, perries, low spicyness, some sweetness. At least medium bodied, refreshning carbonation. There is 13 of these kind of beers in the dozen but still good beer.

Seeing the ratings here, this is a beer which divides opinions, to say the least... Pours a cloudy straw blonde yellowish colour under a thinnish but stable, sticky, off-white head. Aroma unfortunately suffering from DMS (cooked cauliflower), otherwise revealing hints of banana, pineapple, peach, lemon peel, caramel and something vaguely sherry-like. Fruity taste, sweet banana, orange touch, honeyish malt sweetness, somewhat thin body seen the ABV, minerally, leafy hop bitterish touch in the finish. Not that bad, second tasting (a year later in Ghent) showed improvement compared to the first, more sweetness but more body as well and no DMS, so I increased my rating a bit.

Gents bierfestival Nr 5 Pours unclear blonde, no real head . Smell is sweet, honey, bit of grains . Taste is sweet , grainy , slightly metallic . Some hoppy notes . Nice, very balanced beer .

Small off-white head over fully clear golden-copper beer. Bit oppressive, milky and spicy nose. Sweet, dull. Again a bit milky, like condensed milk, if less sweet than that. Bit toasted. Not even medium bodied, empty palate. Whatever? What was the idea? Who is going to drink this twice?
