On tap at Hops & Grain, pours a cloudy bright pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh, lightly tart raspberries, a little pith and some lacto. Flavour is similar, with fresh tart raspberries upfront, followed by a touch of lacto. Fresh and fruity - about as good as I could ask for the style. Excellent.

On tap at Hops & Grain, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is more laid back than expected, with bourbon barrels in the background, light oak, and a touch of caramel. Flavour is a little more pronounced, but still pretty tame for the style, with bourbon, caramel and dark fruits. Could use a little more oomph. Pleasant flavours all in all, but just a tad underwhelming.

On tap at Hops & Grain, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small off-white head. Aroma is loaded with heavy bourbon barrels, some vanilla, and booze. Flavour is all barrel, with lots of bourbon, tart red fruits, vanilla and booze. Intense - very unusual, but it works in a strange sort of way. Great one.

On tap at Hops & Grain, pours a hazy brownish dark orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out a very pleasant Belgian yeast character, with toasted nuts, brown sugar and caramel bready malt. Flavour is similar, with Belgian yeast, candied brown sugar and caramel. Somewhat fruity but not too sweet. Wouldn't say it's a perfectly authentic take on the style, but it's certainly one of the better North American attempts at it. Very good.

On tap at Hops & Grain, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is fairly subdued for a IIPA, with piney dank hops and soft biscuity malt. Flavour is dank, with lots of resinous oily hops, dank notes and sweet biscuity malt. Oily and dank, rather abrasive on the palate. Decent.

On tap at Hops & Grain, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads of weedy hops, some herbal notes and toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is very weedy, with potent fresh pot-like green leafy hops and just a touch of hop oils that imparts a bit of sweetness. Unabrasive, but assertive. Excellent.
