This brew pours a dark brownish-amber color with a medium foamy off-white head that dissipates steadily. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Caramel malt and mild hops in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of roasted malt, caramel and lightly bitter hops. The finish is sweet with a grainy malt aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the Draught House brewpub. The beer is a slightly hazy orange color with a medium white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Small patches of lacing. Aroma of bready malt and hops. Light body with flavors of grassy hops, malt and a bit of fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with an herbal, hoppy aftertaste. Above average overall.

Can thanks to Bgthang pours light brown with a thin off white head. Aroma is toast and nutty malts. Very hearty with big bread and toasted almonds in the flavor. I like the finish with grassy hops ending dry. Good stuff.
