Shaker pint draft at the Austin Ale House in Austin, Texas. The pour is clear golden yellow with a 1/2 inch white head. The aroma is floral perfume, aromatic, big fresh dank hop. The taste is the floral bright dank resin perfume of the nose, along with a decent cracker malt backbone. The palate is light to medium bodied with soft natural carbonation and a mineral dank floral finish. Nice.

Draught, small dense long lasting, creamy head, hazy intense yellow color, sweet grapefruit aroma with some herbal and spicey notes, same traits in the flavor with a hint of orange blossom, quite dry with a mellow medium bitterness. very good easy drinking IPA.

Can in the limo van on the way to JFK. Big thanks to the Sandman. Pours clear, yellow-gold with a foamy white head. The nose has some biscuits, hay, grain, faint citrus, bread crust. Great flavor, super well balanced, with some further bread and biscuits, sourdough, cereal, slight lemon rind, light bitter straw. Light in body with average carbonation. Nicely balanced finish with a touch of tangerine meringue, cereal, more biscuits. Delicious beer. So quaffable.

10oz. Sample at the.source. murky gold thin head. Aroma is floral, citrus and mild herbal hop. The body is full side. The malt and hop profile is rather balanced. The citrus is bold with hints at herbal and floral notes. Alcohol flavor is shown. All in all I enjoy a fuller mouthfeel in this style for a change. I enjoyed this a lot.

Draft at the source, the very last 10oz. Of maybe the last keg. The fruit in the nose is just as nice as the level of fruitiness in the flavor. Bitterness is again on the lower side as it was in the Pale Mosiac I had directly before this sample. Lots of lingering fruit with a very faint floral like character. Very tasty.

Pale gold, aroma is light yeast, floral hints from the dry hopping. The body and carbonation is normal. The flavor is clean with some of the hops showing in the finish. Very well for the style. I sampled at the source inna 10 oz glass.
