Draft at Rustico Alexandria. Poured a ruby copper color with a small off-white head. Aroma was light sweet malts, spices. Light crisp notes, with some floral and citrus hop notes to finish this one out. Pretty easy to drink.

Maroon pour. Some malt and some caramel. Light sweet malt finish. Ok but not huge altbier complex. Doesn’t come together super well. Some citrus and booze Tap at Jackpot.

Bottle. Hazy amber with a decent, off-white, head. Spicy pumpkin and cinnamon, a touch of orange and caramel sweetness, with a gentle finish. Good.

Draft sample at Dominion Wine & Beer. Golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of herbs, wheat, citrus, light spice. Tastes of herbs, citrus fruit and peel. Medium-light body with a dry finish.

Draft @ R.F.D. Washington, Washington DC. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty coffee chocolate aroma. Roasted malty coffee flavor with hints of chocolate. Has a roasted malty strong coffee finish with hints of chocolate finish.
