Using only the apples handpicked right here in our orchard, our ciders have crisp and refreshing flavour. Finished to please in a medium-dry pallet. None carbonated, making real ciders, with a traditional insight.

Made with 100% whole apples, no yucky concentrated juice used here.

Cask at the egham festival... Hazy amber... Tiny red tinge.. Soft apple nose... Soft fruits... Soft sweet apple.. Lightest chilli... Light burn linger

Bag in a box at Bristol Beer Festival, 15/3/2014. Pale gold with slight carbonation. Described as dry, but tasted more towards the sweetish end of medium to me. Thin, dessert apple juice upfront, a bit more substantial fruit character to follow and a gentle finish. All a bit underwhelming.
