Sample thanks to Grumbo. Deep golden appearance. Aroma presents good fragrant apple fruit, continuing dry to taste with a moderate acidity, medium sweet with fleshy moments and a sugary finish. Not bad.

Sample from Grumbo. Small head with short duration. Color is orange. Aroma and taste are rich red apples, little tart, little sulphur and a nice acidity. Good apple finish.

BIAB sample courtesy of Grumbo, Cheers Graham! Orangey amber colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of apple, sherry note. Taste is sweet, mellow apple, ripe, fruity, juicy, alittle caramel & brown sugar, with some orchardy funk. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Quite drinkable.

11/10/2020. Cask BIAB takeaway from the Urban Island brewery tap. Pours clear orange copper with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is rich, fleshy apples, baked apple, funky and very slightly mucky, with a little sweet caramel and demerara sugar. Moderate sweetness and tartness. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Dry, tangy finish. Very nice.
