Bottled@The Pembury Tavern, London. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is apples, some mild earth and tartness along with some sugar. Flavour is sweet and quite dry apples along with some tart wood. Quite rich on the carbonation. Thin palate. A bit bulky feeling over this.

Cask@Craft Beer Co, London. Hazy yellow colour, no head. Aroma is fruity, some sweet and tart apples along with mild floral notes. Flavour is sweet, but tart apples along with vanilla, some slight herbs and mild earthy notes. Big sweet apples in finish. Quite mouthdrying.
