Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2022. Pours a clear very pale straw yellow with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a lot of straw supported by hay and grains. Flavor has more hay with a bit of grass and growing straw.

12 oz can from Mix-a-Six at HyVee. Fizzy but short-lived head over a cloudy yellow beer body. Tart and yeasty nose, with more than a suggestion of kombucha to it. Taste does bring up tart tangerine and a bit of marmalade. The yogurt notes kind of throw it off, and it's a bit too tart for me. But I grant that this is something different, and worth trying.

Bottle thanks to Zach. Pours black with small tan head. The aroma is roasted malt, coconut, vanilla bean, spice, wood, bourbon. Thick body, toasted coconut, vanilla, roast, spice, boozy finish, very nice.

ABV: 10.0%. Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is light heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, cocoa, bourbon - vanilla, light coconut. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, roasted, chocolate, coconut, whisky - bourbon, chocolate - vanilla. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming. [20210925]

Bottle at GTOM. Pours a a hazy ruby with medium pinkish white head that lasts. The aroma is cherry skin amd currants. Thin body, tart cherry, lacto, light currant, very good.

On tap at GTOM as “Key Lime Gose”. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with frothy off white head. The aroma is lime zest and coconut. Slick body, key lime pie, coconut, vanilla, wheat, nice tartness, very good.

Sampled from a bottle this beer poured an orange color with a large foamy orange-white head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was sweetish with yeast, sugar and malt. The flavor was sweet and malty with table sugar and yeast. Long malty finish. Moderately full bodied. Alcohol well controlled.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2019. Pours black with a tobacco brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is boozy with rum, some chocolate, coconut and roast supporting. Flavor is really boozy with rum and has some dark grains, coconut and earthy roast supporting.
