Sampled from a bottle this beer poured a red-brown color with a medium sized soapy tan head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was toasty malt and bread crust. The flavor was toasty malt, faint caramel, bread crust and a hint of fruit. Medium length finish. Medium body.

Sampled from a bottle this beer poured a hazy bright golden-peach color with a medium sized foamy yellow-white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was tropical fruit and stone fruit. The flavor was bitter and a bit rough with stone fruit and tropical fruit. Long finish. Medium body.

Bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo share. Pours a deep brown to black with a finger of brown head that dissipates to a ring. Big vanilla bean, roasted cacao nib, brownie and toasted coconut aromas. Thick and rich on the palate with more vanilla, cacao and bourbon notes. Smooth and sweet...super decadent. Lingering coffee, vanilla, oak, bourbon and brownie notes. Definitely one of the surprises of the night.

(Thanks, Jim! ozzy70) Bottle. A- Straw, bread, grains. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Malty, bread dough, straw. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, malty finish. O- The kind of beer I would've drank when I didn't like beer. Honestly, not something I'm going to be seen drinking frequently. That said, I honestly liked it pretty well. This would be a good non-pretentious bbq with non craft beer friends. Kind of beer I wouldn't mind sharing and drinking on a summer evening.
