Deep copper-bronze body shows high clarity and a small white head with moderate retention.
Lots of earth, herbs and sweet honeybread in the nose. Fresh, characterful yeast adds plenty of fruitiness with no alcohol or flaws.
Malty, but well-attenuated, with a soft texture, lots of honey, bread and green, leafy, herbal hops. Some minor citrus and a bit of bitterness lends balance, with a fresh house yeast character adding intangible (or more accurately, very difficult to describe), yet enjoyable, qualities. Good stuff and a fun and refreshing style to see at a brewery these days.

Clear, bright golden body shows good carbonation and a small, white, moderately-well-retained head.
HUGE chile nose is delightfully authentic, tasteful and well-supported by the fresh house yeast and dry, but apparent malt backing. Smells exactly like freshly roasted green hatch chiles and is powerfully sniffable.
Flavor follows, showing little/no heat, as is the case with these chiles. Fleshy, gently roasted pepper character is backed by a zesty, mostly tight carbonation and crisp, grainy malt texture, with appropriate wateriness allowing high drinkability and no flaw or alcohol. Great attenuation, as with all of their beers and good extraction/mashing leading to a malty, enjoyably soft texture.

Glassy, mildly hazy bronze-golden appearance with a small white head showing moderate retention.
Sweet Jesus, this is cold. Whew. This thing practically froze my hands as I put them around the teardrop glass to warm it. A bit annoying, that they serve their beers WAY too cold (especially something like this, which certainly should not be served ice cold). Strange, too, given how good their beers are, that they would overlook something like this, but then, not always easy to plan for serving temperature.
Light passion fruit/guava and a strong dose of lactic acid in the nose. Wheat and light vanilla with a very mild hop nose. Was expecting lots of pine and juicy citrus from the simcoe, but it’s rather relaxed. Bit of breadiness and lots of tanginess.
Not terribly sour in the mouth, with plenty of tropical fruit notes, though also a good deal of dry wheat and bread character. Moderate bitterness, with lemon, lime and white grapefruit. A bit too spongey/bready in the texture with a very vague popcorn character. Slight earthiness, lingering dry citrus and light guava notes. Heavily carbonated, but it’s fairly tight. Good attenuation.

Growler shared by Brian - thanks! Pours cloudy golden orange, small white head, bubbly lacing that is quick to dissipate with a bit of lacing. Aroma is hella apricot and not a lot else. Flavor is light sweet, light tart, light plus bitter, stonefruit, apricot. Medium body, low carbonation.

Growler from Brian with much thanks! Pours crystal clear golden orange, small off-white head, creamy and slow to dissipate with nice lacing. Aroma is citrus, tropical, melon, spruce. Flavor is light sweet, medium bitter, juicy, hint of dankness and melon. Medium body.

Clear golden colour, white head. Malty aroma, toast and straw. Sour flavour, light malts. Sour finish, citric.

Tap. Pours clear orange, small off white head, good lacing. Aroma is light overall, hints of pine and citrus, caramel and bread. Flavor is light plus sweet, light bitter, hints of simcoe, but this is getting long in the tooth, I think. Medium body, silky mouthfeel.

Tap. Pours quite hazy golden, small off white head, decent lacing. Aroma is Citrus, passionfruit, melon, some dank leaves and pot. Flavor is light sweet, medium bitter, dank and resinous. A bit of a bite to it. Medium body, soft mouthfeel.
