Can from Gulating Christmas calendar. Not much of a wit beer in my book. Gentle, soft, light wheat and coriander, hint of citric fruit and white bread. Quite boring.

Can from Gulating Christmas calendar. Standard macro lager, no faults and nothing special either. Decent enough.

Bottle. Hazy golden body with a nice, lacing white head that fades. Rather mild aroma with wheat and hint of clove and banana. Flavor is quite light wheat with discrete banana, cloves and esters. Medium body and moderate aftertaste that feels a bit light grassy bitter. OK drinkable and quite quaffing, but a bit undefined and not very distinct wheat beer.

Bottle from Gulating. Unclear, lively carbonated body with a foamy off-white head. Very nice citric fruity aroma, grapefruit, peach, pine and pale malt with a hint of bread. Flavor is also nice and refreshing with the same flavors as found in aroma. Balanced malty sweetness and well integrated bitterness. Very nice, balanced and refreshing for a 4,7% ABV, that seems to also lead to a bit weaker body. The aftertaste is nice, but unfortunately there seems to be some kind of metallic flavor here that affects the overall impression. Still a nice thirst quencher when served chilled.

Bottle from Gulating. Almost clear, deep brown body with a fine, big, dense beige head. Nice aroma, mostly malty, slightly roasted, biscuit, nuts, hint of caramel, dark chocolate and some fruity/grapefruit hops. Flavor is medium sweet, or at least lesser sweet than the average brown ale at this strength, mild roasted malt, hint of caramel, more chocolate than caramel as a appreciate, toast, dry biscuit, red fruits and pleasant bitterness. Fine balanced body and good, lasting aftertaste. A surprisingly well made brown ale at grocery shop strength, very food friendly. Might be the best beer made for Dragur.

Bottle. Unclear golden body with a medium sized, lacing white head. Quite strong, very fresh aroma of citric fruit, juice and distinct oranges. Flavor is medium sweet, soft pale malt, citric fruit, hint of marmalade, orange juice, orange zest and nice bitterness. Medium body and refreshing aftertaste with even more distinct orange flavor. Nice and easy, refreshing APA.

Bottle backlog March 2018. Clear dark brown, almost black body with a moderate sozed beige head. Nice aroma, dark malt, slightly roasted and lots of smooth dark chocolate. Flavor is also very smooth with mild roasted dark malt, chocolate, mocha and a hint of coffee. Very pleasant for a 4,5% ABV stout.
