Bottle at home. Clear with a deep mahogany color and a large beige head. Malty aroma of breadcrumbs, nuts, wood, heather and some fudge. Hint of peach. The taste has also bread and nuts, but the hops are more visible with the appearance of pine needles, grass and grapefruit. In the background: roasted tones of coffee and dark chocolate. Hint of vegetables Has a smooth mouthfeel, easy to medium body, and the bitterness is relatively light. A solid ale I would call an American type of brown ale. The hop is most evident in the taste. Balanced and quite tasty beer to be a low ABV.

Bottle at home. Has a slightly cloudy amber color with large and creamy head. The aroma is a bit fruity with a touch of citrus, grass, and some spices and flowers. In addition, a small hint of forest floor (wild yeast) Slightly gentle aroma. The taste is malty with a touch of grass, dry hay, a little Belgian yeast and hops. A little strange bitterness and wet cardboard in the aftertaste. Have a smooth mouthfeel, easy to medium body, and medium bitterness. Careful but exciting aroma. The taste is malt-focused and lacks some fruitiness compared to a saison. Something unbalanced in the aftertaste.

Bottle at home. Unclear brown color. Large creamy, beige head. Much carbonation. Aroma of nuts, chocolate, dried fruit, dates, leather. In addition, something that reminds me of celery. The taste is roasted with a touch of coffee, chocolate, nuts and heather. Smooth mouthfeel, easy to medium body. Under medium bitterness. An ale that is both roasted and fruity. Well balanced. A tasty beer. Reminds me of an English brown ale with hints of fine coffee-like acidity.

Bottle at home. The beer is slightly unclear with amber-like color. Off-white head. Fruity aroma of mango, hay, grapefruit, grass, pine and some diacetyl. The taste is fruity first with the taste of the peach, and then some dry hay and pale malt into the aftertaste. A little diacetyl. Smooth mouth feel, medium body, and easy to medium bitterness. Great taste in a low ABV ale. Both fruity and malty. Reminds me of a British golden ale with American undertones.

Bottle at home. Unclear dark brown color with beige head. Somewhat carbonated. The aroma is characterized by dried fruit, soy sauce, forest floor, game meat and red wine vinegar. Somewhat sour taste with tones of red wine vinegar, oak, woodland and prunes. Hint of smoke. Have a smooth mouthfeel, medium body and light bitterness. A great edition of a Flamish brown. More on the sour side compared to the style, but balanced nevertheless. A good food beer.

Slightly hazy yellow-amber colour, huge cloudy head. Bottle was quite active, this is 11 months old beer. Saison yeasty, hayish, peppery and a bit earthy aroma. Medium-bodied. Saison yeast, pepper, light tartness and earth. Gone a bit too far. Otherwise ordinary saison. I prefer Blackstar on vinyl.
