Sample at Denver Rare Beer Tasting XVI (Last Call) on 10/09/2025. Dark brown pour with a medium light beige head that recedes quickly to a film. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of malt, rye, oak and fruit. Full-bodied with flavors of chocolate malt, spicy rye whiskey, briny fruit and oak. The finish is slightly boozy with a rye whiskey and malt aftertaste. Good beer overall.

Sample at Denver Rare Beer Tasting XVI (Last Call) on 10/09/2025. Clear pale golden color with a medium thin white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Sparse strings of lace. Fruity aroma with yeast, malt and hop notes. Medium body with flavors of earthy yeast, grapefruit, what I assume are cloudberries and doughy malt. The finish is tart with a citrus and yeast aftertaste. Good Belgian all around.
