Tap at Harmony Inn. Peach colored and cloudy. Ever so slight nose. Nice lacing. Taste is fun sour beer with a tad of fruit. Yummy, lovely stuff! These guys really have developed a knack with sour beers. So enjoyable, I think I'll have another! Nice job NC! Cutting finish. Great!

Tap at hollywood gardens. Clear light purplish red color. Nice tart aroma, lacking any real fruit in the nose. Makes my mouth water. First taste impression is so tart so friendly. So easy to drink. Love tart brews, and I'm adding this to my list. Just like an old friend, clear up to the end, yummy stuff. Such a lovely brew. Well done NC! I think I'll have another glass or two! With stuff like this, who needs cider?

Sampled from a 12 oz can this beer poured a slightly hazy bronze caramel color with a medium sized soapy orange-white head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was biting and harsh wood, cheap whiskey and light notes of pineapple and grapefruit. The flavor was bitter and astringent with notes of Windex, wood and cheap whiskey. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Disappointing.

12 ounce can thanks to Dan. Pours a mostly clear red brown hue with a small white head. A big boozy sweet nose. Big whiskey, sour mash, cherry, toffee, leather. Big beer. Quite nice. Hedonistic.

12 ounce can. Pours a black hue with a medium brown head. A big sweet roast fruity and barrel nose. Sweet, tropical rum barrel, sugary, some heavy roast, vanilla, rich slick palate. Very sweet. Solid.

Sampled on draft at the Harmony Inn this beer poured a cloudy vibrant golden color with a large fluffy orange-white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was sweet lavender, honey and bread. The flavor was sweet honey, golden fruit, bread, lavender and bergamot. Medium length finish. Lavender grows. Moderately full bodied and smooth. Interesting.

12 ounce can into pint glass, canned on 4/19/2017. Pours slightly hazy/cloudy deep orange/amber/light copper color with a 2 finger fairly dense and rocky cream colored head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, lemon zest, orange peel, light pepper/pine, caramel, brown sugar, toasted bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and moderate dark/bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, lemon zest, orange peel, light pepper/pine, caramel, brown sugar, toasted bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate Light-moderate pine, citrus peel, herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, lemon/orange peel, pepper, pine, caramel, brown sugar, toasted bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and moderate dark/bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from bitterness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy/sticky, and slightly resinous balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is a great amber ale. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and moderate dark/bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the balanced bitter/drying finish. Really impressive juicy, vibrant, and lightly dank hops; with a nice complex balancing malt backbone. Almost IPA level hoppiness, but still feels like a true amber ale. A very enjoyable offering.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a very dark brown color with a medium sized foamy beige head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was sweet and tangy with berry and a bit of toasty malts. The flavor was very sour with vague berries and toasty malts. Long finish. Meidum body. Interesting
