Bottle, 6.0%. Weak fruity aroma. Good stable white head. Hazy golden colour. The flavour has grapefruity notes, but also quite funky. I am wondering if it is infected. Very, very grapefruity, and not entirely pleasant.

Bottle, 4.5%. Dusty and lagery aroma. Clear golden colour. Good stable white head. The flavour is papery and ok malty, almost sweet. Low bitterness. Good chalk and dust finish with more sweetness.

Draught at Skaal Sønderborg. Mild smokey aroma. Cloudy reddish amber/copper colour. Small white head. The flavour is nicely smokey. Something in between campfire and bacon smoke. Fruity, acidic, and slightly buttery finish.

Draught at Skaal Sønderborg. Very good fruity and acidic aroma, lemon and vinegar. Hazy reddish colour. No head. The flavour is fruity and acidic like the aroma, but with more fruitiness and sweetness. Has a little spicy and earthy touch, perhaps from the fruit.

Draught at Skaal Sønderborg. Cheesy and buttery aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is quite buttery, but also fruity and bitter. Too buttery, and I do not like that very much.

Draught at Skaal Sønderborg. Dry cocoa powder aroma, perhaps that nut that is like vanilla but called something else. Black colour. Small light brown head. The flavour begins a lot like the aroma, cocoa and vanilla. Turns roasted with a distinct alcohol presence and alcohol bitterness. Dry and rough bitterness in the finish.

Bottle, 7% as Circe's Spell, premium red ale. Fruity and caramelly aroma. Hazy dark golden colour. Stable white head. The flavour is fruity, quite bitter, alcohol bitterness. Caramelly sugary maltiness. Coriander finish.

Bottle, 5% as Odyssey Sirens' Call Premium Weiss - from Synka. Faint coriander aroma. Cloudy very pale yellow colour. Good stable chalk white head. The flavour is lemony and watery at first, but with a distinct clove and coriander finish.
