Can, 6%. Faintly caramelly aroma. Clear dark golden colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is caramelly, clean, and nicely bitter. Long clean bitterness in the aftertaste. Fairly simple, but good.

SIESIA! Can, 4.6%. Mild acidic aroma. Unclear golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is acidic, slightly phenolic. Creamy mouthfeel. Lime finish.

Can, 5.0%. Acidic aroma with a mild floral hop note. Almost clear light golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour has a distinct vanilla note. Probably that Japanese hop that was popular many years ago whose name I forgot. Sorachi Ace! That is the one. Clean with low bitterness. Apart from the finish, which is ok bitter.

Can, 4.5%. Weak liquorice aroma. Very dark brown colour, perhaps chestnut, and perhaps clear. Big stable light brown head. The flavour has a mild coffee note with a good roasted finish. Creamy mouthfeel. Late and long coffee aftertaste along with a touch of bitterness.

Can, 4.3%. Good hay aroma with a pleasant soapy/flowery touch. Clear dark golden colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is clean and malty with low bitterness, hint of floral hops, soap, dust, metal. Creamy mouthfeel.

Can, 4.3%. Citric berry aroma. Almost clear pale pinkish red colour. Fizzy unstable head. The flavour is watery and lagery with a mild fruit note and a very mild acid. Fruited lager, if you ask me.

Can, 5.0%. Acidic aroma, like fruit winegum. Hazy pinkish copper colour. Big stable rocky off-white head. The flavour is quite acidic with a dry touch and a good fruity note. Cranberry, I take it. I would have liked a bit more residual sweetness as I so often do with this type of sour.

Draught at Craft-Beer Pop-up Festival 2025, in Käte Lassen-Hof, Flensburg. Fruity hop aroma, notes of light caramel. Almost clear dark golden colour. Big stable creamy white head. The flavour is acidic and funky, and I do not think it is on purpose. But still ok drinkable. The acid is not too bad, and one can still taste the fruity aroma hop. 535312 / 6 5 5 6 6
