Hazy orangey golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, flesh, fruit, mineral. Taste is tart, appley, fleshy, some skin, fruity, citric, gooseberry, with malic acidity and soft tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry acidic & alittle mellow tannic at the finish. Nicely drinkable.

330ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Bright coppery tinged golden colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of ripe apple, caramel, earthy funk. Taste is sweetish, appley, fruity, caramel, farmhouse funk, leathery, orchard floor, oak, wood barrel, with some dry tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium drying funky fruity soft tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Nicely drinkable.

Nicely drinkable.
