355ml bottle from Mr Liquor, Clemton Park. Golden colour, white foam head and aroma of apple, skin, core, sulphury note. Taste is sweetish, appley, some skin, tangy with acidity and hint of bitter tannin. Medium bodied, high carbonation, dry finish. Quite OK.

300ml bottle from Sake Shop, Stanmore. Clear with very pale yellow tint, no head and aroma of rice, flowery, fruit, melon, citrus. Taste is sweetish, rice, fruity, zingy, citrusy, with some warming earthy alcohol. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying warm boozy finish. Nicely drinkable.

Draught at Mixtape, Marrickville. Hazed orangey gold colour, white foam head and aroma of malt, roasty, herbal hints. Taste is malty, grainy, herby, dandelion, spicy with earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying herbed bitter finish with sourish note. Nicely drinkable

330ml bottle from Peninsula Beverage Co. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, blackcurrant. Taste is sweet, fruity, apple, blackcurrant, custard, with some tart acidity. Medium bodied, high carbonation, sweet & tart blackcurrant acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
