danlo Profile - Brewver

750ml wired cork bottle. Opened with a pop. Hazed orange golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of juicy apple, citrus, fresh wood. Taste is tangy, tart, appley, juicy, orange citrusy note, alittle caramel, some woody funk and spicy tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium drying tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

330ml.bottle from BWS Rockdale Plaza. Clear peach coloured, short-lived fizzy pink foam head and aroma of blackberry & apple. Taste is sweet, blackberry flavouring, baked apple, green apple, sugary, syrupy, with some citric acidity. Medium bodied, high carbonation, sweet berry finish. OK, very sweet.

330ml.bottle from Cider Infusion. Batch 130S. Golden colour, white foam rim and aroma of apple, caramel. Taste is sweetish, baked appley, caramel, honey, tangy, with some acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, medium sweet finish. Quite drinkable.
