375ml tall bottle from HOTM. Dark plummy red colour, no head and aroma of blackberry, strawberry, honey. Taste is sweet, flowery honey, with blackberry & strawberry, mellow jammy, and some booze. Syrupy, full bodied, low carbonation, sweet berry warming boozy finish. Very sippable.

750ml bottle from HOTM. 2021 Vintage. Hazed orangey gold colour with reddish tinge, thin white foam head and aroma of cherries, grape, apple. Taste is oak, woody, tart citric, grape, white wine, appley, funk, with cherry notes and drying tannin. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry oaky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Cask at ORB, Darlington. Gluten Free. Slightly hazed golden colour, white foam head and aroma of fruit, citrus, hops. Taste is malt, grain, tropical fruit, alittle mango, some zesty citrus and hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying bitter finish. Nicely drinkable

750ml bottle from Cork & Cask. Hazy pale yellow colour, fizzing white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, grape, floral, funk, citrus. Taste is tart, grapey, appley, elderflower, with funky notes and citric acidity. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying flowery funky acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

1pint can from local shop. Golden colour, white foam head and aroma of apple, core, citric, sulphur hint. Taste is sweet, tart, apple flavour, with citric acidity and a metallic note. Medium bodied, high foamy carbonation, drying sweet finish. Quite artificial & sweet.
