Taste is sweetish, appley, ripe fruity, with some earthy funky notes and soft tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium drying tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is slightly tart, tangy, ripe appley, with leathery funk, some acetic notes, and mellow soft tannin. Medium bodied, low smooth carbonation, drying soft tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

700ml bottle from HOTM. Clear dark brown cola colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of honey, ginger, lemony citric. Taste is sweet, honey, spicy ginger, herbal, citric, cola, with warming alcohol. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet drying honey & ginger boozy finish. Quite drinkable.
