Taste is roasted, malty, smokey, dark chocolate, liquorice, coffee, with woody earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry roasty bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml bottle from Meggy's Cyder. Opened with a pop. Sparkling, golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruit, fleshy, core, funk. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, fruity, some skin & core, with earthy funk and bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry appley tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
