180ml can from Sakeshop, Stanmore, Sydney. Clear with slight yellow gold coloured tint, no head and aroma of rice, melon, fruit, earthy. Taste is sweetish, rice, fruity, melon note, with some grassy alcohol. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying warm earthy boozy finish. Nicely drinkable.

375ml can from Beer Cellar, Sydney. Hazed peachy orange-red colour, short-lived white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of strawberry, pastry, pomegranate, vanilla. Taste is sweet & tart, strawberry, honey, biscuity, pomogranate, flowery, some vanilla hints and tartness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, finish of honey and fruity strawberry notes. Quite drinkable.

750ml bottle from NewLeaf Orchard, 100th rating for Oz trip. 2025 Vintage. Golden colour with pinkish tinge, short-lived bubbly head and aroma of apple, funk. Taste is tart, appley, fleshy, with skin and core, alittle caramel & melon, some barnyard funk and mellow drying acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying tart acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

300ml bottle from Dan Murphy's Hurstville. Clear with very pale yellow tint, no head and aroma of rice, musty, fruit, yeast, earthy. Taste is sweetish, rice, yeasty, with some earthy notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, clean dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Taste is sweetish and tart, appley, fleshy fruity, with some apricot hints and citrusy acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying soured acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
