Can from Tavour. Pours drk brn/blk with a very transient dark tan head. Aroma is very apple pie with light spice. Med plus body. Flavor is the aroma, and the spice seems cinnamon. Not dry. Mildly bitter. Some coffee goes with the pie. Pretty nice pastry.

Can from Tavour. Pours dark brown with a decent creamy tan head. Aroma of bourbon and coffee. Arguably full bodied. Not dry and barely bitter. Flavor is bourbon, coffee and dark roast malt. Very smooth. Nearly silky. Chocolate arrives. Not getting any wood astringency. Overall it is very good flavor. Tho for some reason I cannot explain, the coconut escaped me til I thought about it.

Can from Tavour. Pours gold with a moderate white head. Aroma is floral with pale malt. Could be med body. Flavor is pale malt with a lot of floral hop. Reasonably dry and reasonably bitter. Pretty much over the pond. I like it.

375 c&c from Tavour. Pours dark brown with a transient tan head. Aroma has cognac, dark malt and a little yeast/spice. Approaching full bodied. Not excessively sweet. The cognac seems to smooth out the maltiness. A little bitterness/astringency from wood. A very smooth brandiness that almost suggests calvados. Light yeast/spice. A light hint of pluminess. I think banana lurks. Exquisite flavor.

Can from Tavour. Pours very hazy gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma is peach and grapefruit zest/pith. Med body at least. Juicy but hardly sugary. Moderately bitter, but it seems firmly bitter with time. Flavor is primarily grapefruit pith but some melon is discernible. Strangely I detect green onion/garlic too. Brain on beer! Good ale.

Can from Tavour. Pours hazy gold with a moderate white head. Aroma of pink grapefruit. Med body or better. Juicy and somewhat sugary, but there's a lot of mouth clinging citrus/pine bitterness. Red grapefruit pith and more. Excellent flavor.
