(Bottle, 0.33l - BB 24.06.2025, from the brewery, 20250529) The beer poured brown and clear. Its head was medium sized, almost white and it lasted long. Aroma had grass, fruitiness, molasses and caramel. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, fruitiness, molasses, toasted malts, caramel and bitterness. Aftertaste had toasted malts, grass and bitterness. A nice brew with strong malty notes.

(Keg at Gallow's Bird Tapiola, 20250527) The beer poured mahogany coloured and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had earth, toasted malts, molasses, caramel and dark fruits. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were toasted malts, earth, molasses and bitterness. Aftertaste had earth, toasted malts and bitterness. Good looking brew that started very sweet but turned surprisingly dry at the finish.

(Keg at Gallow's Bird Tapiola, 20250527) The beer poured amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had pine, fruitiness and alcohols. Palate was medium bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, ripe fruits, sweetness, alcohols and bitterness. Aftertaste had pine, alcohols and bitterness. A bit unbalanced hoppy brew. The alcohol could have been hidden better.

(Keg at CoolHead Taproom, 20250526) The beer dark brown and opaque. Looked like melted chocolate. Aroma had burnt malts, dates, figs and chocolate. Palate was full bodied and sticky with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, chocolate, dates, figs, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste had sweetness, chocolate, dates and bitterness. More like a chocolate dessert than a beer.

Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grapefruit, tart fruits, mango, grass, resin and bitterness. Aftertaste had grapefruit, resin and bitterness. A tasty fruity brew with good bitter finish.
