A lightly hazed blonde cider with aroma of tart apples, light acidity, light Epsom salts, pleasant. In mouth, a nice tart mix of apples, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice.

A hazed milky yellow ale with with no one) head. In aroma, sweet fruity citrus pulp with light acidity, Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of tart apples, light lemon, light tropical fruits, Epsom salts, very nice.
