Bottle: Poured a golden color Lambic with a medium size head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of Tart notes with some funky esther and sweet beet notes. Taste is a mix of tart notes with some funky esther and some clearly identifiable beet sweet notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable and interesting Lambic but not sure beet is the best ingredient to match the flavours of Lambic.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a medium size dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of chocolate malt notes with some cocoa and whiskey notes with floral coffee notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate malt notes with some cocoa notes and whiskey notes with floral coffee and faint residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation with limited discernible alcohol notes. Solid pastry stout with balanced flavours and good drinkability.

Bottle: Poured a deep copper color ale with a medium size dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of caramelized malt notes with some madeira notes from the Ximinez with some dry fruit notes. Taste is also a mix of dry caramelized malt notes with some madeira notes and dry fruits notes with some faint residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation with limited discernible alcohol notes. Interesting but not a big fan of the madeira notes.

Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some spices and light oak with some faint residual sugar notes and a slightly bitter finish. Body is below average and good carbonation with no real discernible alcohol notes. Interesting but a tad too thin for the style.

Can: Poured a yellow color ale with a white foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of cereal notes with a light grainy feel and some residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of cereal notes with light grainy notes and some residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Ok but it does show some flaws.

Can: Poured a black color stout with a dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of chocolate notes with some floral coffee notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some floral coffee notes and residual sugar notes with faint almond notes. Body is a bit thin for style with good carbonation with no real discernible alcohol notes. Interesting mix but a tad too thin for the style and almond notes are hard to distinguish.
