Can: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a medium white foamy head with OK retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy notes with some sweet wheat malt notes. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy notes with some sweet wheat malt notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Easy drinking citrusy wheat ale.

Can: Poured a yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with light resinous notes and floral hops undertones with a semi-dry finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some resinous notes and a semi-dry finish. Body is about average full for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable West Coast with some New World hops twist.

Bottle: Poured a golden color cider with good carbonation. Aroma of semi-dry apple notes with light barnyard notes. Taste is somewhat straightforward with semi-dry apple and light barnyard notes. Drinks well but fairly limited level of complexity.

Bottle: Poured a pale red color cider with good carbonation. Aroma of cranberry and dry apple notes with faint wild yeast notes. Taste is a semi-dry mix of cranberry and apple notes with some faint wild yeast notes. Interesting variation and mix of flavours.

Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some tropical notes and a semi-sweet finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with tropical notes and a semi-sweet finish. Body is full for style with a creamy feel with good carbonation. Enjoyable double NEIPA with a nice creamy texture.

Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with bitter notes and a semi-dry finish. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA but more butter then the style would usually suggest.

Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with dank and faint tropical notes and a semi-dry finish. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable double NEIPA with some tropical notes and a quite dry finale.

Enjoyable double NEIPA with some tropical notes but I’m not the biggest fan of Nectaron hops.
