Bottle: Poured a cloudy dirty golden color lambic with a small foamy head with limited retention and lacing. Aroma of funky ester with some oak and tart notes with light vinous notes. Taste is also a mix of vinous notes with some funky ester and some tart notes. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable lambic with nice vinous notes.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones and a semi-dry finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with tropical notes and a semi-dry finish. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA with some tropical notes but juicy factors could have been amped up.

Can: Poured an orangey color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of sweet Belgian malt with some yeasty notes with some peppery notes. Taste is also a mix of sweet Belgian malt with some yeasty notes and some peppery notes with light juniper notes. Body is full for style with good carbonation and light warming alcohol notes. Really enjoyed this version of Fin du Monde.

Body is full with nice creamy texture for style with good carbonation. Really good triple NEIPA with tons of juicy citrus notes and nice creamy texture with tropical notes.

Aroma of chocolate notes with some strong woody bourbon notes, some vanilla and light brandy notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some strong woody notes, some bourbon and vanilla with some noticeable apple brandy notes. Body is full with an oily texture and good carbonation with some discernible alcohol notes. Solid huge double barrel aged stout.
