Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some spicy and tropical notes and a semi-sweet finish. Body is full for style with a creamy feel with good carbonation with no real alcohol notes discernible. Enjoyable triple NEIPA with juicy tropical notes and light spicy hops notes.

Can: Poured a golden color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and some lacing. Aroma of resinous and soapy hops is throwing me off. Taste is also a mix of resinous notes with some soapy notes with light bitterness in the finale. Body is about average with good carbonation. Weird West Coast IPA with soapy notes.

2014 vintage bottle drank in 2026: Poured a slightly hazy orangey color geuze with a medium white bubbly head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of green apple with some sour notes and some mild barnyard notes. Taste is less acidic then the aroma was suggesting with some sour notes and a barnyard feel which is quite interesting. There was some distinctive green apple notes which are similar to the Girardin gueuze. Full body with some good carbonation but slightly lower then I was expecting. Very solid gueuze.

Aroma of chocolate notes with some roasted malt notes with faint residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some roasted malt notes and faint residual sugar notes. Body is full with an oily texture and good carbonation with no real discernible alcohol notes. Enjoyable IS with great balancer and really good drinkability.
