Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a small dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of chocolate notes with some light bourbon notes with liquorice and residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some faint bourbon notes and liquorice with residual sugar notes and light metallic notes. Body is below average and good carbonation. OK BA stout but below standards for the style.

Bottle: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of rustic malt notes with some dry hoppy floral hoops notes. Taste is also a mix of rustic malt with some light yeasty ester and a dry floral hoppy finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable light saison from this fine brewery.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some tropical hops notes and a semi-sweet finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some tropical notes and a semi-sweet finish. Body is full for style with a creamy feel with good carbonation. Enjoyable double NEIPA with nice drinkability and tropical notes.

Can: Poured a clear golden yellow color lager with a large white foamy head with great retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with some residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of clean cereal notes with residual sugar notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Good lager but rice tends to make it somewhat bland.
