Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy pale yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some tropical hops notes and a semi-sweet finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some tropical notes and a semi-sweet finish. Body is full for style with a creamy feel with good carbonation. Enjoyable double NEIPA but body is really full and therefore this beer is very filling.

Bottle: Poured a slightly hazy amber color ale with a medium size off-white foamy head with OK retention and light lacing,. Aroma of caramelized malt notes with some Cognac notes. Taste is also a mix of caramelized malt with some residual sugar and some warming Cognac notes. Body is about average with good carbonation and some alcohol notes are discernible. Enjoyable barleywine but less discernible alcohol notes would have been better.

Can: Poured a black color stout with a large brown foamy head with limited retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of floral coffee notes with some black chocolate notes. Taste is a mix of chocolate malt notes with light roasted flavors with some floral coffee notes and light acidic notes. Body is a bit light for style with good carbonation. OK but lacking body and coffee is slightly too acidic.

Bottle: Poured a deep copper color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of caramelized malty notes with some dry fruits and residual candi sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of nice caramelized malt notes with some dry fruits, light barrel notes and some residual candi sugar and a smooth finish with no rough edges. Body is full for style with good carbonation and no real discernible alcohol notes. Seems to me like an upgrade over the original.

Taste is also a mix of nice chewy malt notes with clean cereal notes with some residual sugar and a smooth finish with no rough edges. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Solid take on a seldom brewed style.

Nice little shop in the middle of the Ponce market. Good selection of tap and crowler with some bottles an cans also available. Good regional selection and some solid classic. Good service. Prices are fairly high but good quality.

Can: Poured a bubbly amber color cider. Aroma of strawberry is dominant. taste is a mix of semi-sweet apple with strong strawberry notes. Average body and good carbonation. Enjoyable cider but strawberry notes appears a bit too syrupy for my taste.
