Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some soapy notes and a semi-dry finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with a soapy finish. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Good triple NEIPA but maybe a tad too soapy for my taste.

Can: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of light juicy hops notes with some light bitter notes. Taste is also a mix of light juicy hops notes with a dry finish with light bitterness. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable session IPA.

Bottle: Poured a reddish/amber color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of caramel malt notes with stem fruity notes. Taste is also a mix of caramel and fruity notes with light yeasty notes. Body slight with good carbonation. Strong amber ale with limited flavor profile.

Really good NEIPA with a good hoppy profile and really powerful juicy notes.

Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some bourbon/vanilla and light coffee notes and faint residual sugar notes. Body is full with an oily texture and good carbonation with some discernible alcohol notes. Very well balanced barrel-aged stout with a mix of bourbon notes and faint coffee notes.

Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some strong woody flavours and light vanilla notes and faint residual sugar notes. Body is full with an oily texture and good carbonation with some discernible alcohol notes. Very well balanced barrel-aged stout with nice bourbon flavor.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of chocolate notes with some nutty flavour and floral coffee notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some nutty flavours and nice floral coffee notes with some vanilla notes and residual sugar notes. Body is full with an oily texture and good carbonation with no discernible alcohol notes. Very well balanced pastry stout with nice flavor and good drinkability.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy beige color ale with a medium size foamy head with limited retention and light lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some oak and funky esther mix with some dune pepper and flowery notes. Taste is also a mix of dune pepper, flowery notes with some oak and oak features and a tart finish with no acidity. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable wild ale with nice complexity due to dune paper and other flowery ingredients.
