Bottle: Poured a dark copper color aler with a small foamy head with limited retention. Aroma of caramelized malt with dry notes and some oxidation is also clearly noticeable. Taste is also a mix of oxidized notes with caramel malt notes and light soy sauce.Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable even though the bottle is past its prime.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a small dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of chocolate notes with nice floral coffee notes with some residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some great floral coffee notes and some residual sugar notes. Body is full with an oily texture and good carbonation with no real discernible alcohol notes. Really enjoyable with no bitterness but also quite a bit of residual sugar notes. The coffee is really great and reminiscent of some of the coffees I had while in Vietnam.

Aroma of intense chocolate notes with some bourbon notes with light cinnamon and strong marshmallow notes with plenty of residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of intense chocolate notes with some bourbon notes and cinnamon and strong marshmallow notes with lots of residual sugar notes. Body is full with an oily texture and good carbonation with no real discernible alcohol notes. Enjoyable but too sweet and intense flavors to drink too much at once.

Bottle: Poured a deep brown color ale with a medium size off-white foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt notes with light peppery notes and with faint residual sugar notes with some whiskey notes. Taste is also a mix of caramelized malt, some peppery notes with some balanced residual sugar notes and some whiskey barrel notes with a dry finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation and the 15% ABV is well hidden. Enjoyable strong ale with a good balance of complexity and drinkability.

Taste is also a mix of faint tart notes with some light funky ester and bready yeast notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Solid saison with a good mix of drinkability and complexity.

Bottle: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a medium size white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops notes with light floral undertones and dry malt base. Taste is also a mix of citrus hops notes with some dry malt and some floral undertones with a dry finish. Body is light with good carbonation. Enjoyable but not as juicy as I was expecting the Citra hops to be.
