Flavour is acetic notes of apple cider vinegar, grapes, bretty notes of apples and farmhouse notes, as well as tannins and wooden minerals.

Bottle. Pours hazy very pale yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is lactic notes with hay, citrus peel, farmhouse notes and funky minerals. Light body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is lactic notes with hay, berries, funky notes and farmhouse, as well as hay, grass and some wooden minerals. Lingering tart funky minerals in the finish. Very drinkable!

Can. Pours cloudy pale yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is citrusy hops with lime, orange peel, tropical notes of pineapples and litchi, as well as notes of lactose. Medium body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is grassy hops with tropical notes of litchi, passion fruit, pineapples and citrusy notes of grapefruit and lime, as well as notes of lactose throughout the finish.

Can, six months after canning. Pours dark brown, with a creamy mocha head. Aroma is is sweet roasted malts with bread, chocolate, molasses and notes of smoke, as well as floral hops. Creamy body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is roasted malts with bread, burned sugar and coffee, as well as earthy hops with floral minerals. Sweet malty finish with smokey minerals.

Can, #774, four months after canning. Pours dark golden, with a creamy off white head. Aroma is roasted malts with dark bread crust, toffee, hay and honey, as well as floral hops with leafy minerals. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is roasted malts with grainy bread, toffee, nutty notes and heather, as well as earthy hops with herbal notes and grassy minerals.

Can, five months before bbd. Pours hazy yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is citrusy hops with mandarin, marmalade, lime and litchi, as well as stone fruits, grapes and shrubberyish minerals. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is piney hops with citrusy notes of grapefruit, lime, grapes, litchi and stone fruits, as well as grass and oaty minerals.

Can, #969, five weeks after canning. Pours slightly hazy yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is spicy grassy hops with kiwis, tropical notes, grapes and grass, as well as malts with white bread, hay and honey. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is zesty hops with herbal notes, grassy minerals and tropical fruity notes, as well as malts with cereals, hay and honey. Lingering grassy minerals in the finish. Very nice!

Can, #591, nine months before canning. Pours cloudy pale yellow, with a small creamy head. Aroma is fruity notes of peaches, hay, doughy malts and notes of wheat, as well as grassy hops. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is fruity yeast, malts with bread, hay and honey, as well as grassy hops with wheaty minerals.
