Bottle, vintage 2024, four years before bbd. Pours black, with a big, short lived mocha head. Aroma is dark roasted malts with chocolate, muscovado and liquorice, as well as vanilla, almonds and wooden barrels. Creamy, velvety body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is sweet malty notes with chocolate, muscovado, vanilla and almonds, as well as honey and bourbon barrels.

Bottle, one year after bottling. Pours golden, with a creamy head. Aroma is is tart nutty notes and hay, fruity brett with apples, citrus peel, stone fruits and farmhouse notes, as well as floral minerals and wooden barrels. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart notes of hay, fruity brett with apples, grapes, citrus peel and farmhouse notes, as well as floral minerals and wooden barrels.

Can, at bbd. Pours clear dark brown, with a big creamy off white head. Aroma is roasted malts with bread, dark chocolate, burned sugar and nutty notes. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is fairly sweet roasted malts with bread, coffee and burned sugar, as well as floral hops. Dry finish.

Aroma is smoked malts with dark bread, liquorice, muscovado and dried fruits, as well as floral hops, heather, tannins and wooden barrels. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is smoked malts with syrupy bread, burned caramels, chocolate and dried fruits, as well as floral hops, tannins and wooden barrels. Fabulous finish with lingering smoke and cellary notes.

Aroma is roasted malts with bread crust, toffee and honey, as well as earthy hops with herbal notes, marmelade and fruity minerals. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is roasted malts with bread, burned sugar and dried fruits and heather, as well as earthy hops with marmalade and floral minerals. Dry finish.

Aroma is tropical hops with passion, ripe mango and citrusy notes of orange peel, lime and grapefruit, as well as oaty minerals. Full body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is dank hops with citrusy notes of lime, orange peel, grapefruit and tropical notes of mango and stone fruits, as well as floral notes and oaty minerals.

Can, #887, six weeks after canning. Pours slightly hazy golden, with a big creamy head. Aroma is piney hops with citrusy notes of orange and stone fruits, as well as malts with cereals, hay and honey. Medium to full body, with fairly soft carbonation. Flavour is bitter piney hops with citrusy notes of grapefruit, orange peel and stone fruits, as well as malts with cereals and honey. Lingering hoppy finish.
