Tap at Cullach. Golden pour, no head. Nice ripe apple aroma. Flavor is sweeter than I expected for a “dry” cider but it’s pretty enjoyable nonetheless.

Tap at Cullach Brewing - hazy yellow pour with a small white head. Smells of yeast, citrus, clove. Flavor is sweeter than expected wheat malt, citrus, clove, cinnamon. Finishes a bit dry.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours black with no head. Smells of chocolate, coconut, booze. The flavor is sweet with lots of chocolate malt and some coconut. Impact of the barrel aging seems light. Full bodied.

Pours dark amber brown with a lingering light beige head. Roasted caramel malt aroma. Tastes of toasted caramel malt with very mild bitterness.

Clear yellow gold pour with a white head that laces. Grainy malt aroma and flavor. Light bodied. Meh. I’ve had many worse.

The Indian restaurant, Tikka N Talk, in Perth, Scotland where I ordered it had fantastic food. The beer, not so much.

Amber pour. Smells of toasted caramel malt. The lightly hopped flavor is similar with toasted malt carrying through to the finish. Medium bodied.
