Weirdly bready and tart, with a lemon-and-yeast backbone overpowering the usual banana-clove-vanilla fuzzy friendliness of a typical hefe. Thin fizzy texture doesn’t help. Not good.

Stunning, a flood of vinous notes against a firm caramel and toasted grain base, with subtle dark fruit notes mixed with baking spice and a firm oak woodiness. Absolutely delicious.

Solid pils, well-rounded and approachable without being dumbed-down, with a mix of sweet grain, lemon, cut grass, and a touch of apple followed by a firm floral bitterness. Very nice pint.

Good hazy, not earth-shattering but a nice introduction to an apparently NEIPA-heavy brewery. Notes of passionfruit, guava, peach,, and creamsicle against a touch of earth and a modest pine bitterness. Not overly sweet, not overly astringent. Solid pint.

Very dry WCIPA, herbal and pungent, with a smattering of grapefruit zest and tropical notes offset by a underlying earthiness and bitter pine on the finish. Bitterness clings to the palate long into the fade. Nice pint.
