Eh. Weird combination of celery and grapefruit on the nose; taste is mostly grapefruit and a little lactose, followed by a slight mineral bitterness.

Not bad for a Ridgeway novelty beer. Toasted nuts and caramel and a touch of chocolate with a gentle, slightly-spiced finish. Decent pint.

Thought I would like this variant more than I did. Comes off a little over-oaked, with a hefty bit of cascara acidity offset by a lot of barrel and not enough rye. Alcohol also seems more prominent than usual for a BCBS pint. Still, not a bad pint in any way. Pairs well with chocolate peanut clusters.

Surprising; normally I don’t care for cherry stouts, but BCBS Cherries Jubilee hits just the right balance between sour cherry sweetness and imperial stout richness, offsetting the fruity middle with deep veins of bittersweet chocolate, anise, oak, and bourbon. Finishes with a lingering bourbon booziness. Lovely.

Not bad, with moderate toasted bread and nutty notes tinged with cocoa mixed with apple and a touch of lemon, followed by a floral bitterness on the finish.

Nice hazy DIPA, juicy and bright without being overly sweet, with notes of orange juice, mango nectar, peach, berry, melon, and a hint of vanilla. Finishes with a mild mineral bitterness and a slight touch of hop burn. Pretty good for a ridiculously hazy IPA.
