0.5 bottle. Pours dark golden yellow, with dissipating white head and lacing just at the beginning. Aroma of hops, tropical, fruity on the nose and a bit of herbal notes. Flavor is nicely bitter and continues with tropical and stone fruit notes. Finish is quite different - there's something less pleasant and carbonation is bit high. As it gets warmer, not so pleasant anymore.

0,5 l can. Pours slightly hazy, golden with big, medium lasting white head. Big bubbles. Aroma is stale, slightly sour, a bit of grainy malt, not much else. Taste is low sweet and medium bitter. Flavor is mainly dough, a bit of bread and cardboard. Body is OK, carbonation quite lively. Finish is short, dry, cardboard and a bit more bitterness.

0,75l bottle. Pours amber copper with big, off white rocky, medium lasting head. Aroma is full of malt notes, a bit of caramel, floral and fruity hop notes. Taste is medium sweet and bitter. Body is full, carbonation gentle. Finish is moderate, not much going on. For once, there is no homebrew feel to San Servolo beer, but otherwise rather unremarkable...

0,5 l can. Pours hazy golden yellow with medium white head, decent retention. Aroma of malt, cardboard, herbal hop notes. Unfortunately flavor of head is rather nasty. As long as it persists it just ruins beer. After head dissipates cardboard mostly disappears, it becomes much more drinkable. Honey aroma that was hidden comes way up front. Body is fine, carbonation pleasant. Taste is low sweet and medium bitter. Finish is quite long, dry and packs a nice bitter punch. Too bad for bad head aroma and flavor.

0.5 can. Pours golden yellow with huge white foam that dissipates rather slowly, a bit of veil stays. Aroma is nothing special, rather on the dull side, a bit sweet and malty. Flavor is stale, finish is a little bitter, grassy, grainy. Carbonation is low side of medium. Body is quite light. Pretty dull beer but not offensive. Another one - no thanks, nothing excepcional.

0,5 l can. Pours almost clear deep yellow with medium rocky white head. Aroma of pilsner malt, hay, a bit of lemon zest, slightly grassy. Taste is very light sweet and light bitter. Body is thin, carbonation average. Finish is medium long, more pronounced mellow bitterness. Thin body as expected, but I've had other beers with higher ABV that were way more watery.

Aroma of non fermented malt, not overpowering, not much more but, a bit stale and metallic. Taste is light sweet with harsh medium bitterness. Body is very light, carbonation lively, but not unpleasant. Finish is long unpleasant bitterness.

0,5 l bottle. Pours clear golden yellow with medium, quickly dissipating rocky white head, some lacing remains. Aroma is mainly grassy, floral, light herbal hop notes on a grainy base. Quite light aroma all in all. Taste is low sweet and bitter. Body is light and drinkable, carbonation pleasant. Finish is on the short side, citruses and slightly stronger pleasant bitterness. Well made and pleasantly drinkable for a hot summer day. Which is no more, I'm a week late... :D
