On tap at birrai eretici Bologna. A clear double IPA with small head. Aroma is hoppy, earthy and very grassy. Medium to full body. Flavour is malty, quite sweet, rich. Earthy and grassy hops, good balance, very drinkable for the abv. Medium bitterness. Between a west coast and more modern double IPA.

On tap at birrai eretici Bologna. A dry saison with some pear, but could've gone even more pear for me, maybe with a crisper malt base - nice anyway.

On tap at Foramoda. Pours a clear gold, decent head. Aroma is sweet, earthy hops, malt, grassy and floral. Medium body. Flavour is malty, slightly sweet, noticeable minerality. Earthy, grassy, sweetish hops - very balanced and drinkable result. Nice. Very tasty for 5.5%.

On tap at Astral Beers. Pours a mostly clear yellow, small head. Aroma is floral, estery, typical saison notes. Medium body. Flavour is smooth and mild, but with a defined saison yeast flavour. Very pleasant, super drinkable saison. Delightful.

On tap at Astral Beers Bologna. Pours a lovely ruby red, little head. Aroma is light lambic funk, sour cherries, lactic acid. Medium body. Flavour is sweet and sour, very balanced throughout. Depth and complexity from the lambic and a lovely cherry flavour, just the right amount of tart. Lovely stuff.
