From tap at Bajor Sörház Budapest – Bavarian Beer House Budapest, 13.07.25. Clear pale straw colour. Fine white head. Fine aroma and taste of solid, and slightly sweet pilsner malt, grassy hops and succade. A good German-style lager.

Vistited the shop at Arany János utca on a few occasions as I was staying in a flat nearby. Around 30 industrial lagers in cans. Nothing interesting. The shop feels claustrophobic and crowded. They only have self-service check-out.

Visited 09.06.25. People sitting outside enjoying their beer in late evening. Two beers on tap. One is an industrial German lager and one is a decent Czech lager. A good selection of cans and bottles on shelves and in fridges. Genuinely unfriendly service with limited English, with no enthusiasm or smile. Cheap draft beer and expensive bottles. Won’t be back.
